Gem packs are added to your balance as soon as Apple confirms the purchase. If you were charged but the gems are missing: fully close the game, make sure you're online, then open it again — unfinished purchases are completed on the next launch.

Still missing? Email us with your Apple receipt or order number (iOS Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) and we'll put it right.

Your progress is saved on your device and backed up to the cloud automatically. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, it comes back by itself as long as iCloud is enabled for Siege Legion.

The safest option is to link your account: Settings → Account → Link with Apple or Unity. Signing in on any device then restores everything. Note that signing in with a different account replaces the progress on that device.

If something is missing, email us your approximate campaign level, any purchases you made and which account you linked.

Inside the game: Settings → Account → Delete Account. See Account & data below for what gets deleted and what to do if you can't open the game.

The arena needs an internet connection (the campaign plays offline). If you see "No internet connection" or "Connection timed out": switch between Wi-Fi and cellular, turn off any VPN and try again.

Both players must be on the latest version — an older version can't match with a newer one, so update from the App Store. Matchmaking pairs you by trophy range; at quiet hours Quick Match can take a little longer. You can also play a friend directly with a room code.

All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase. We can't issue refunds ourselves.

If Apple declines and you believe that's a mistake, email us and we'll look into it.

Use the Email support button above — the message opens with a ready template. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording is worth a thousand words.

Siege Legion only sends local reminders from your own device — a chest that's ready, a building that's finished, a shield about to expire. There are no marketing pushes.

Turn them off in the game (Settings → Game → Notifications) or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Siege Legion.

Siege Legion is a fantasy medieval strategy game with stylised battles; its age rating is shown on the App Store page. There are no ads. In-app purchases are optional — you can require approval with Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases. Clans include a text chat between members.

The game is not directed at children under 13.
