These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Siege Legion (the "Game") on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual items or features. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are final, except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policies. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
The Game, including its graphics, characters, artwork, audio, code, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
The Game uses third-party services such as Google Firebase and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Game at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end and you must stop using and delete the Game.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
