This Privacy Policy describes how Siege Legion ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile game Siege Legion (the "Game") on iOS and Android. By using the Game you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Game progress – level, score, and in-game settings, stored locally on your device.
Preferences – such as sound, music, and language settings, stored locally on your device.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device information – device type, operating system version, language and locale.
Usage data – game sessions, level progress, and gameplay events used to improve the Game.

2. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

2.1 Google Firebase

Firebase Analytics – collects anonymous usage statistics (screen views, gameplay events).
Firebase Cloud Messaging – used to send push notifications, with your permission.

2.2 RevenueCat

In-app purchases are managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat collects purchase history and entitlement status to unlock in-game content. No payment card data is processed by us or RevenueCat – all transactions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

3. Push Notifications

With your permission the Game may send push notifications (e.g., events, rewards, or reminders). You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and your payment information is never collected or stored by us.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device (game progress, preferences) is retained until you delete the Game. Analytics data retained by Firebase follows Google's standard retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Because most data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights by uninstalling the Game or clearing app data in device Settings. For data held by third-party services, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
