Glow Mind AI is an AI-powered skin analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to provide general, cosmetic-related insights about your skin condition. The App also includes features such as ingredient scanning, skin tracking, water intake tracking, and sleep tracking.
Important: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or dermatological consultation. All AI-generated skin analysis results are for informational and educational purposes only.
You should not rely on the App's output as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial: If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the current subscription period.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
