Glow Mind AI - Skin Coach ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is developed by Nihat Basmaci. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered skin analysis application.

The App provides informational skin insights using artificial intelligence — not medical or dermatological diagnosis.

2. Information We Collect

a. Face Images and Camera Access

• The App uses your device's camera to capture an image of your face for skin analysis purposes.
• These images may include visible features such as pores, texture, or pigmentation.
• The App does not collect biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry templates).

b. Demographic Information

The App may ask for your age and gender to improve the accuracy of the skin analysis. This information is sent to OpenAI along with your photo and is not stored permanently.

c. Usage and Analytics Data

We collect limited, non-personal information (such as device type and operating system version) via Firebase Analytics to improve app performance and user experience.

d. Advertising

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Face images and demographic data are sent to OpenAI's API to generate AI-based skin analysis results.
• The analysis is AI-generated and intended for informational purposes only.
• The App does not provide any medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
• Analytics data is used to monitor app stability and improve features.

4. Face Data — Collection and Retention

Glow Mind AI processes face images solely to perform AI-based skin analysis. The analysis detects general skin characteristics (such as acne, pores, and skin tone) and does not collect or identify any biometric information.

• Retention: Face data is not retained after analysis. Each photo is deleted immediately after processing and is never stored on our servers.
• Purpose: Face data is used only to generate a one-time skin analysis report for the user.
• Storage Duration: 0 seconds — all images are deleted as soon as the AI analysis completes.
• Data Sharing: No face data is stored, shared, or sold to third parties.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: Your face photo and demographic data are sent to OpenAI's servers for temporary AI analysis. OpenAI acts as a third-party processor. Images are not permanently stored. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Used for in-app subscription and purchase management.
• Firebase (Google): Used for analytics and app performance monitoring. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements to free-tier users. See Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and third-party services is encrypted via HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7. User Consent

On first launch, the App presents a Privacy Consent screen. By tapping "Accept & Continue", you consent to:

• The App accessing your camera to capture an image for analysis.
• Your photo and demographic data being temporarily sent to OpenAI for processing.

You may withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the App. Your consent can also be reviewed in the App's Settings screen.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access the data we hold about you.
• Right to request deletion of your data.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
