Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Countdown (Momentify) application (the "App" or "Service"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms govern the use of the Service and form the agreement between you and the developer of Countdown ("we", "us", or "the Developer"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all users of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. Core countdown features can be used without an account. To use sharing and collaboration features you may sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law or the App Store terms.
The App is free to download and use. Certain features are offered through in-app purchases processed securely through your Apple ID and managed through our payments provider, RevenueCat:
Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Consumable purchases (such as organization credits) are generally non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's App Store refund policy. You can view and manage your purchases in your App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
The App allows you to create and store countdown events, planning data, and photos, and to enter information about other people (such as guests). You are solely responsible for the content you input and for its legality and accuracy. In particular, you represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of your content. By using the sharing features you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate the sharing features you have enabled.
The App lets guests submit photos and RSVP responses through shared links, and lets a host approve content and optionally publish a public gallery. As a host, you control approval, visibility, and deletion of shared content. Guests who submit photos agree that the host may display their submissions within the App and in the public gallery. Anyone who has a sharing link may view the content it points to. You must not upload or approve content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates others' privacy or intellectual property rights.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or the rights of others; upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; scrape or abuse the sharing links; or use the Service in a way that harms other users. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.
The App relies on services provided by Apple, Google/Firebase, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Service and its original content (excluding content you provide), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that reminders will always be delivered, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of a third party (including guests whose data you enter or share).
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Apple's App Store terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

Countdown (Momentify) uygulamasını ("Uygulama" veya "Hizmet") kullanmadan önce lütfen bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") dikkatlice okuyun. Uygulamaya erişerek veya kullanarak bu Koşullarla bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Bu Koşullar, Hizmetin kullanımını düzenler ve sizinle Countdown geliştiricisi ("biz" veya "Geliştirici") arasındaki sözleşmeyi oluşturur. Hizmete erişiminiz ve kullanımınız, tüm kullanıcılar için geçerli olan bu Koşulları kabul etmenize ve bunlara uymanıza bağlıdır.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizdeki dijital rıza için asgari yaşta) olmalısınız. Temel geri sayım özellikleri hesap olmadan kullanılabilir. Paylaşım ve işbirliği özelliklerini kullanmak için Apple ile Giriş veya Google ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen etkinlikten ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Bu Koşullara tabi olarak, size Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarınız için kullanmanız üzere kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Yasaların veya App Store koşullarının izin verdiği durumlar dışında Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
Uygulamanın indirilmesi ve kullanımı ücretsizdir. Bazı özellikler, Apple ID'niz üzerinden güvenli şekilde işlenen ve ödeme sağlayıcımız RevenueCat aracılığıyla yönetilen uygulama içi satın almalarla sunulur:
Fiyatlar satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir. Ödeme, onay anında Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Consumable satın almalar (organizasyon kredileri gibi), yasaların veya Apple'ın App Store geri ödeme politikasının gerektirdiği durumlar dışında genellikle iade edilemez. Satın almalarınızı App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan görüntüleyip yönetebilirsiniz. İade talepleri Apple tarafından işlenir.
Uygulama; geri sayım etkinlikleri, planlama verileri ve fotoğraflar oluşturmanıza ve saklamanıza, ayrıca başka kişiler (örneğin misafirler) hakkında bilgi girmenize olanak tanır. Girdiğiniz içerikten ve bunun yasallığından ve doğruluğundan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Özellikle, aşağıdakileri beyan ve taahhüt edersiniz:
İçeriğinizin sahipliği sizde kalır. Paylaşım özelliklerini kullanarak, yalnızca etkinleştirdiğiniz paylaşım özelliklerini işletmek amacıyla bu içeriği barındırmamız, saklamamız, işlememiz ve görüntülememiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz.
Uygulama, misafirlerin paylaşılan bağlantılar aracılığıyla fotoğraf ve RSVP yanıtı göndermesine ve bir ev sahibinin içeriği onaylayıp isteğe bağlı olarak herkese açık bir galeri yayınlamasına olanak tanır. Ev sahibi olarak paylaşılan içeriğin onayını, görünürlüğünü ve silinmesini siz kontrol edersiniz. Fotoğraf gönderen misafirler, ev sahibinin gönderilerini Uygulama içinde ve herkese açık galeride görüntüleyebileceğini kabul eder. Paylaşım bağlantısına sahip olan herkes, bağlantının işaret ettiği içeriği görüntüleyebilir. Hukuka aykırı, ihlal edici, nefret içeren, taciz edici, reşit olmayanları içeren müstehcen içerikler ya da başkalarının gizlilik veya fikri mülkiyet haklarını çiğneyen içerikler yükleyemez veya onaylayamazsınız.
Hizmeti şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz: herhangi bir yasayı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek; kötü amaçlı yazılım yüklemek veya Hizmeti aksatmaya ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak; paylaşım bağlantılarını taramak veya kötüye kullanmak; ya da Hizmeti diğer kullanıcılara zarar verecek şekilde kullanmak. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir veya erişimi askıya alabiliriz.
Uygulama; Apple, Google/Firebase ve RevenueCat tarafından sağlanan hizmetlerden yararlanır. Uygulama aracılığıyla bu hizmetleri kullanmanız, ilgili tarafların kendi koşul ve politikalarına da tabidir. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
Hizmet ve orijinal içeriği (sizin sağladığınız içerik hariç), özellikleri ve işlevselliği, Geliştiricinin ve lisans verenlerinin münhasır mülkiyetinde olup öyle kalacaktır ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer yasalarla korunmaktadır.
Hizmet, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme dahil olmak üzere "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz, güvenli veya hatasız olacağını, hatırlatmaların her zaman iletileceğini veya verilerinizin asla kaybolmayacağını garanti etmeyiz. Önemli verilerinizin yedeğini almaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Geliştirici veya tedarikçileri, Hizmeti kullanmanızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan ya da bununla herhangi bir şekilde ilgili olan özel, arızi, dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki hiçbir zarardan (kâr kaybı, veri kaybı, işin kesintiye uğraması veya gizlilik kaybı dahil) sorumlu tutulamaz.
İçeriğinizden, Hizmeti kullanımınızdan ya da bu Koşulları veya üçüncü bir tarafın (verilerini girdiğiniz veya paylaştığınız misafirler dahil) haklarını ihlal etmenizden doğan her türlü talep, zarar veya masrafa karşı Geliştiriciyi tazmin etmeyi ve zararsız tutmayı kabul edersiniz.
Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde Hizmete erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih üzerine size verilen lisanslar sona erer; nitelikleri gereği yürürlükte kalması gereken hükümler (fikri mülkiyet, garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı gibi) yürürlükte kalır.
Bu Koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma yasalarının geçerli olduğu durumlar hariç, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, Apple'ın App Store koşulları kapsamında sahip olabileceğiniz hakları sınırlamaz.
Bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak değiştirme veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Güncellenmiş sürümü bu sayfada yayınlar ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam ederek revize edilmiş Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
